Kat decides one day that she wants to create an anime
club to fill a little void in her life. She convinces her boyfriend,
Kevin, her sister, Lindsie, and a friend, Dru, to join. They all
hold a covert meeting in Kevin's basement. Along the way, they invite
other otaku (Diedrich, a German exchange student, Sarah, an avid
fangirl, and Andy, a Bebop-loving musician, for example) to join
their dementedness of squeaky hammers, eggrolls, and bunnies.
